Glycerin, USP 99.5% 12 oz.
LD Carlson Food Grade Glycerin is a finishing formula for wine and other alcoholic beverages.
It adds body and "mouth feel" , as well as smoothing and slightly sweetening the beverages.
It is called for by Still Spirits and Liquor Quik whiskey flavoring recipes.
For wine, add 1 - 2 ounces per gallon.
For liqueurs, add 1 -2 ounces per quart.
